It’s been a while after I’d stopped to write on blog (sorry). But today, I’m coming back to thank everyone who has support me a lot, my family, my best buddies, seniors, colleagues, all my loyal readers, and all the people who have underestimated me. Without you, I’m nothing. Today, I’m turning 20 already (I’m gettin’ old wtf), but it’s okay. lol
When I was turning 16 four years ago, I had a suit song for my birthday. That’s YUI’s My Generation and also today I have a suit song by YUI entitled Thank You My Teens. If I don’t get wrong, she wrote that song when she turned 20, so that’s why I’ve chosen that song as my song today.
I have some dreams which I have achieved in 20 years and now I’m still knit all my dreams. Yes, I never want to be a doctor since I was child. When my parents asked me about my ambition, I innocently answered wanna be an office boy (well office boy is mean a servant, but if it been separated and translated into my language, office is kantor and boy is orang, it become a nice meaning lol. Orang kantoran or people who work at the office, wearing a nice shirt, blazer, and bring the briefcase). But after my parents explained the true meaning, finally I understand what it means.
When the time goes by, I thought I would be an architect. I’ve drown some very simple home plans and let my uncle who works at the construction office to see it. He said I’ve drown a good home plan and actually I could be an architect if I kept to learn it. But after I going to high school, I think I cannot do further to be an architect.
After a long thought, I decided to major in Information Technology. Actually, I got some recommendation to take this major and I said yes. I chose the university and here I am right now. I met a lot of friends here, good seniors, good partners, and someone who I love. I get a lot of new experiences which I never have before.
As I’ve said before, age is just numbers. The important thing is how we pursue the dreams.
I have found some good quotes nowadays.
First: Dream. Have a faith. Just do it.
Second: We come to love not by finding a perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly.
Third: Love is like a good cake, you never know when it’s coming. But, you’d better eat it when it does.
Fourth: Learn how to cook, try new recipes. Learn from your mistakes, be fearless, and above all have fun.
From those four quotes, I learn how to dare to dream high. Thanking all person who has laughing at me and my dreams. Learn how to love someone sincerely and feel I don’t have any reason why I love him.
Yeah, it’s running hard. Twenty years is not as smooth as a highway. It just because I really enjoy my twenty years, that’s why I could find anything that I like.
